Snow White
■ Richmond Theatre, Richmond ■ Sat 7 Dec – Sun 5 Jan

With comedian, writer and presenter Jo Brand playing the Wicked Witch, this adaption of the classic tale of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves is guaranteed to give the whole family the giggles!

Sleeping Beauty
■ Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, Guildford ■ Fri 6 Dec – Sun 5 Jan

Starring X Factor finalist Holly Tandy in the starring role, enjoy this retelling of a classic tale that also features a relaxed performance on December 21st that has been specifically adapted for those with a Autistic Spectrum Condition.

Jack and the Beanstalk
■ Harlequin Theatre, Redhill ■ Fri 6 – Tue 31 Dec

Redhill’s panto comedy favourite Neil Wheatley returns for a 10th festive season, this time as Jack’s brother Silly Simon and will be joined by former Strictly dancers Ola and James Jordan. Book your tickets for a show filled with spectacular singing and dancing and traditional pantomime mayhem!

Starring former Strictly Come Dancing professional Brendan Cole as the Genie of the Ring and funny man and panto regular Bobby Davro as Wishee Washee, this will be a performance of Aladdin with a twist!


■ Fairfield Halls, Croydon ■ Tues 10 Dec – Sun 5 Jan

Ore Oduba makes his panto debut as Dandini alongside comedian Tim Vine and CBeebies presenter Cat Sandion in Fairfield’s reworking of Cinderella in the theatre’s newly updated Phoenix Concert Hall.

Love your soaps as much as your pantomimes? You may recognise Aladdin, who is played by Eastenders actor Harry Reid who once held the role of unlucky Ben Mitchell. A different tale to the ones usually depicted in Albert Square!

Jack and the Beanstalk arrives in Godalming! Starring BBC Surrey and BBC Sussex’s Mark Carter as Fleshcreep, will Jack complete his quest to Slay the Evil Giant?

Ever thought you could witness Basil Brush playing the Royal Bodyguard in Aladdin? No, us neither, but that’s exactly what you can get from this extra-special pantomime!

Sleeping Beauty
■ The Leatherhead Theatre, Leatherhead ■ Fri 20 – Mon 30 Dec

Written by famed director Tom Beard and produced by the same team as last year’s Aladdin, head to Leatherhead for some magical dragon action and the cream of the town’s very own local children’s talent.

Put on by the Starburst Theatre Company – a charity that aims to support children with special needs in the Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire borders – this panto is filled with adventure, fun and a magic carpet.



That’ll Be The Day Christmas Show

The popular rock ‘n’ roll variety show celebrates the festive season with all your favourite Christmas classics from the 50s, 60s and 70s, with a large side helping of comedy too. Rock on!

Father Christmas Needs A Wee
■ G Live, Guildford ■ Sat 14 – 15 and Fri 20 – 24 Dec

Ever thought about how Mr Claus fits toilet breaks into that overnight around the world trip? This 45-minute musical adaptation of Nicholas Allan’s much loved book will be followed by a meet and greet with the man himself where the children will receive a Christmas present.

The Snow Queen
■ Rose Theatre, Kingston ■ Fri 6 Dec – Sun 5 Jan

Famed for its festive theatrical performances, head to the Rose Theatre for the tale of Gerda, who discovers that she is no ordinary teenager but a Child of Magic, hidden from the reaches of the evil Snow Queen. There are signed and relaxed performances among the billings.



English National Ballet’s Nutcracker

What says Christmas more than Tchaikovsky’s popular score played live? With more than 100 dancers and musicians taking to the stage for this festive set of performances, a trip to see the Nutcracker is guaranteed to be a feast for the eyes.

Goldilocks and the Three Bears

Like your pantomimes jam-packed with stars? Look no further.  Paul O’Grady, Julian Clary, Paul Zerdin, Nigel Havers, Gary Wilmot, Matt Baker, Sophie Isaacs, Janine Duvitski and Lauren Stroud all star in this West End production.

Nativity! The Musical
■ Eventim Apollo, London ■ Wed 11 – Sun 29 Dec

Sharon Osbourne, Danny Dyer, his daughter Dani Dyer and Rylan Clark-Neal team up for this feel-good Christmas feast featuring hit songs Sparkle and Shine, Nazareth and She’s The Brightest Star.

Pinocchio on Ice
■ Alexandra Palace ■ Fri 13 – Mon 16 Dec

A panto but with a few triple salchows thrown in for good measure. This show features pro skaters, a mix of modern and traditional music, a performance from a West End star and lashings of festive spirit all performed on Ally Pally’s ice rink.
