Rosso Mazara is good for Italian, and we’re told Roots do the best pizza for miles around!

Melita Boutique is the place for occasion wear and attracts clients from far and wide, Betty and Claude is a lovely women’s boutique. Inside is the place to go for interiors. And for horsey types, it must be Chobham Rider. The Baby Service is a lovely shop for new parents.

Coworth Flexlands is a lovely family-focussed girls prep school on the outskirts of town. For state schools there’s the Valley End CofE school, although its catchment is tight.
