As well as a treasure trove of secondhand books, you might also stumble upon vintage and retro finds like Dynatron turntable and speakers. </p>

<p>This thriving bookshop in the heart of the charming historic market town of <a href="https://surrey.muddystilettos.co.uk/best-places-to-live/surrey/haslemere/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Haslemere</a> sells a big range of books &#8211; both new and secondhand &#8211; and if there&#8217;s a particular book you&#8217;re after that&#8217;s not on their shelf they&#8217;ll order it in for you. As well as books, there&#8217;s also a Book Club which has been running for five years.</p>

<p>Every inch of this charming bookshop in the centre of <a href="https://surrey.muddystilettos.co.uk/best-places-to-live/surrey/cobham/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Cobham</a> is covered in books &#8211; there&#8217;s everything from architecture and children&#8217;s books, to maps, reference and travel. And if you can&#8217;t find what you&#8217;re after, they have access to more than 500,000 titles so can usually have it in store by the next day. Dogs are welcome, too. </p>

<p>Fairly new to the bookshop scene in Surrey, Denny&#8217;s is a family-owned bookstore that opened its doors in 2021. You&#8217;ll find a selection of books covering an array of different genres including best sellers, local authors and upcoming authors, plus gifts and card. There are also occasional author events.</p>

It&#8217;s a warm and welcoming store with series of events including Storytime every Friday at 2pm (during term time) for pre-schoolers. </p>
