Muddy says: Feeling stiff, sore or in pain? Body Harmonies can help, with a massage that’s tailored to your specific needs.
Amanda Clegg’s approach to bodywork is holistic.
Everyone is unique, and whilst she says there are problems in common, reactions differ so a tailored treatment is important. Her aim is to get you out of pain and mobile again, and also help you relax and unwind, creating for you a little oasis of calm in a turbulent world.
Amanda uses a combination of techniques: myofascial release trigger point therapy, stretching and soft tissue release as well as aromatherapy and Swedish massage.
She aims to ‘fix in six’ – initial sessions close together should start to show results: then, gradually spreading out so we can gauge your ‘maintenance’ point (usually between 2 and 6 weeks). Regular massage/bodywork helps support your muscle and skin tone, joint flexibility, circulation, immune and digestive systems.
Appointments are either in her therapy room in Milford or in your own home (minimum 1hr booking, plus travel charge)
She offers Aromatherapy Facials using Neal’s Yard Remedies Organics products, which are also available to buy via her website alongside Studio 10 Makeup which is especially formulated to combat ageing, both in it’s ingredients and in the soft colour palette.
