I started making chocolates in 2007, soon after we had moved to live in southern Argentina. Nestling in the mountains of Patagonia, I wanted to give my products a local feel so I made use of the soft fruit that grows in abundance in this area. The result was an ambitious range of fruit-flavoured truffles. I produced these in round moulds that I’d had made in Belgium featuring my flower logo.

Fast-forward a few years to our return to the UK in 2011 and our products and branding have evolved in many ways, and are now found in prestigious farm shops, delis & bakeries. Our best-seller is the Sea Salt & Crushed Caramel from the Brittles range, made with 70% dark Belgian sustainably-sourced chocolate, but you can also find more traditional classics like Mint or Orange, and innovative flavours such as Coconut or Earl Grey.
