Dee Opp yoga
Muddy says: Dee Opp offers SUP lessons, and SUP yoga lessons on the River Thames. Yep, you read that right – yoga on a paddleboard.
For the uninitiated: SUP = Stand-up Paddleboard.
SUP yoga classes are traditional yoga taught on a floating board on the water. The boards are sturdy and wide – bigger than a traditional yoga mat – and by learning to adapt to the motion of the board on the water you’ll enhance your overall yoga experience.
As well as SUP and SUP yoga, Dee specialises in breath work, guided meditation, slow flow, yoga for beginners and yoga for athletes.
Yoga happens in at her private home studio overlooking the River Thames – or on a paddleboard on the Thames.
