We provide our clients with personalised one-to-one fitness training, nutritional advice and sports therapy at our dedicated personal training studio in the heart of Guildford.

Our passion is for helping you achieve your fitness and health goals and so we have worked hard to create a structure that we believe makes it massively more likely that you will.

It’s called ‘Going for Goals’ and, as the name implies, our approach is totally focused on helping you achieve exactly what you want to get out of your fitness programme.

We completely tailor our approach to each client’s very specific goals.

Whether it’s about creating a general sense of moving better, greater flexibility and overall wellbeing; working towards specific fitness or weight loss goals; or even training for a highly specific event, sports goal or purpose. Ultimately, it’s all about focusing on commitment.
