Adele is passionate about pilates, yoga and barre workouts. As a trained dancer and amateur sportswoman, Adele learnt the importance of correct posture and good core strength – and how these can affect your everyday life both physically and psychologically. She’s also seen the benefits of pilates for those who suffer small injuries in their sports.
Adele teaches a combination of matwork pilates and small equipment pilates at all levels of ability – from beginner to advanced. Her pilates classes are relaxed and friendly, with no more than 10 people per class. She also offers one-to-one classes.
Adele’s signature barre class, Purebody pilates Bare is an invigorating form of exercise combining the elements of cardio, yoga, ballet and pilates. She also teaches Barre Blast, which incorporates floor work and resistance work, focusing on increasing muscle stamina to sculpt and tone your body. This is an excellent fat burner and toner.
Adele offers Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow yoga classes. Ashtanga yoga is intended to realign the spine, detoxify the body, and build strength, flexibility, and stamina; Vinyasa Flow weaves flowing postures and breath together to energise and enliven your body and awaken your senses.
