Ramster Gardens

Muddy says: An absolutely stunning woodland garden set in 25 acres with an impressive rhododendron and azalea collection and beautiful carpets of bluebells in spring.

These stunning gardens are nestled in a fold of the Surrey Hills, with over 25 acres of peaceful woodland and views of lakes and hillsides.

The gardens are famous for the magnificent displays of rhododendrons, azaleas and camellias, and many rare and unusual trees and flowering shrubs. In spring, the bluebells put on a stunning display, while in the autumn the gardens are filled with stunning colours.

The gardens and teahouse are open in the spring and for a couple of weeks in autumn. Click here for opening times.

With a lovely tearoom serving coffee, afternoon tea, sandwiches and delicious homemade cakes, it makes for a wonderful  morning or afternoon visit.

The main house, Ramster Hall, is a private family home which is both historic and beautiful and is available to hire as a wedding venue or for corporate events.
