Run by personal trainer Lindsay Gillam, Total Body Fitness offers a variety of classes in the Caterham, Whyteleafe and Warlingham areas.
The classes are challenging, but adaptable to suit different fitness levels and class content is always well thought out to ensure you get the most up-to-date training methods.
Classes include indoor and outdoor fat loss bootcamps; Ultimate Fat Burn which, like the bootcamps, are based on H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training, Circuits Challenge; Cardio Conditioning; legs, butts and tums Target Toning; and Fitness Pilates.
