New jewellery for the new season? And with multicoloured stones and pearls gracing the AW18 catwalks, this pretty rose gold pendant is bang on trend.
The seemingly endless summer is on the wane, or so it appears, which can only mean one thing: autumn 2018 and the promise of fresh new looks. But don’t stop with your wardrobe, give your jewellery box an update too.
If you fancy something extra special, let me introduce you to the mega talented designer Fei Liu – known for creating collections that are as unusual as they are gorgeous. His most recent collection – Nova – has new season chic written all over it. It’s feminine, stylish and a little bit different.
This pretty 19 carat rose gold pendant reminds me of autumn. Maybe it’s the hexagonal shape. Or perhaps it’s the combination of rose gold and iridescent mother-of-pearl set with sweet pink sapphires. Either way, I can totally see this around my neck.
As well as the rose gold version, there’s there’s also a more wintery white version with white gold, mother-of-pearl and diamonds. Isn’t it a beauty?
Both come in a large size, as well as a smaller daintier style. At £699 for the large rose gold and sapphire and £799 for the large white gold and diamonds, it’s definitely at the upper end of the scale in terms of budget.
Each of the two combos – rose gold / mother-of-pearl / sapphire and white gold / mother-of-pearl / diamond – come in a variety of other pieces too, which is good to know if necklaces are not your thing. I’m rather partial to all of these pieces, but I especially like the ring.
Fei Liu was named Designer of the Year at the UK Jewellery Awards a couple of years ago, and as well having a loyal celebrity fan base, his work is regularly featured in the glossy mags as well as on Muddy (of course!!).
