It was only a matter of time before Muddy Stilettos moved from drinking wine to featuring it as a regular column. And while I could no doubt be considered an expert at the art of glugging, sadly it ends there (or sometimes with a fuzzy head the next morning.) But luckily for us we have award-winning wino Rupert Pritchett in our midst. Rupert, owner of Taurus Wines in Bramley, is a judge at both the prestigious International Wine Challenge and the Decanter Magazine Wine Awards, and for the last three years he’s been named as one of the top 50 ‘rising stars in the drinks industry’. So it’s fair to say he knows his Merlot from his Malbec. Each month he’ll tempt us with three tipples to sip, slurp or share. Cheers to that!
