She’ll help you set goals, and show you how to make the small sustainable changes that will improve your overall health.
She’s an expert in helping women deal with the symptoms of menopause through healthy living and Pilates, and can also help clients with weight control issues.
Lisa teachers Polestar Pilates from her private studio in Cobham – in either small classes of up to three people as well as one-to-one. The studio is fully equipped with a reformer/tower, ladder barrel, chair and spine corrector plus other small props for a full body experience.
She can also teach in your own home.
Polestar Pilates focuses on whole body wellness – emotionally, physically and psychologically. It’s a science-based holistic approach to health, and gives great results to help maximise your body’s natural movement.
All clients also benefit from health coaching and will receive a menu plan that includes recipes and shopping lists.
