Dee Opp Yoga

Dee Opp offers SUP lessons, and SUP yoga lessons on the River Thames as well as private yoga sessions.

For the uninitiated: SUP = Stand-up Paddleboard.

SUP yoga classes are traditional yoga taught on a floating board on the water. The boards are sturdy and wide – bigger than a traditional yoga mat – and by learning to adapt to the motion of the board on the water you’ll enhance your overall yoga experience.

As well as SUP and SUP yoga, Dee runs a private yoga practice – offering one-to-one sessions – specialising in energy and breath work, guided meditation, slow flow, yoga for beginners and yoga for athletes. She is experienced at working with all ages from young teenagers through to the elderly including those who are recovering from a trauma.

Yoga happens at her private studio overlooking the River Thames – or on a paddleboard on the Thames.
