Strength training is important for women, and at Her Strength the aim is to help you move with confidence, build strength and muscle tone as well as cardio fitness and mobility.
Lucinda has more than 12 years of cross-discipline qualifications and experience in Strength and Conditioning, Pilates, and Pre and Post Natal Training – and she interweaves elements of each throughout her workouts.
The on-demand membership includes 230+ workouts and eight structured workout programs designed for busy women. The workouts vary in length from 10 minutes to an hour and include a warm-up and stretches.
Her Strength’s structured workout programmes dispel any decision fatigue and make it as easy as possible for busy women and mums to follow a balanced, expertly-put-together exercise schedule. Lucinda has two beginner friendly fitness programs to build a little-and-often exercise habit, multiple “Thrive in 5” programmes each with a different focus, a Runner’s Strength programme and a 12 week strength and fitness programme to take you through a whole school term.
As well as the on-demand services, Her Strength also offers one-to-one personal training and small group sessions – both in person and online.
