Keeley Howard has been in the fitness industry for 15 years – and there’s not much she doesn’t know about helping you achieve your fitness goals.
As well as running her own fitness business, Keeley teaches classes in Spinning, Legs, bums and tums, Aqua Aerobics and Circuits in some of Surrey’s premier fitness clubs.
Under Keep Fit with Keeley, she offers classes in Total Body Workout, Mature Movers, Body Conditioning and a Family Outdoor Fitness Class – both indoors and outdoors. Each class varies weekly, so you won’t get bored.
But if group classes aren’t your thing, Keeley offers one-to-one and two-to-one sessions.
She can also offer advice on health, nutrition and weight loss.
But the best bit? Forget expensive gym memberships. Drop in classes are £6 and personal training sessions are £40 / hour (one-to-one) or £50 / hour (two-to-one).
