Lisa Jones has a passion for helping people overcome their problems. She offers a multi-therapy approach, overlapping talking therapy with clinical hypnosis and NLP. through this multi faceted approach she helps support clients through a variety of issues including stress and anxiety, insomnia, weight loss bereavement and loss. She can help clients improve self esteem and assertiveness, deal with the end of a relationship, trauma, fear of public speaking and problem solving.
Lisa also has a special interest in high functioning social anxiety.
Lisa has a wealth of experience, working with adults and children with high anxiety and with many local health teams supporting clients with various mental health issues.
In her own live, Lisa has experienced many things from bereavement, low self esteem and confidence, fear of failure, insomnia, weight issues exam nerves, divorce and being a single parent – and these experiences combined with her experience as a therapist put her in a great position to understand clients’ needs.
She creates an environment where you’ll feel supported and safe to explore your feelings, and personal challenges.
Everyone is different and each session is completely tailored to the client, including during an initial free telephone consultation establishing if hypnotherapy is right for the client.
Therapy sessions take places wherever clients most feel comfortable – in their own home, in Lisa’s home or even online via Facetime or Zoom.

NLP: Neuro Linguistic Programming combined with coaching can help you to gain clarity over how you really want to feel. We can identify obstacles that get in your way and can provide you with practical tools and techniques to take back control of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
