Frances teaches mindfulness courses in Twickenham and East Molesey. She also offers 1 to 1 sessions, mindfulness training, mindful mentoring and corporate workshops and seminars.
A former broadcast journalist, Frances is passionate about making mindfulness accessible to everyone, and has taught mindfulness meditation to hundreds of people.
You may have even seen her on the telly – she appeared on ITV1’s Sugar Free Farm as Mindfulness Coach. And she’s just written her first book, You Are Not Your Thoughts: The Secret Magic of Mindfulness.
