The Lawn Collection

Forget what they say about tea and China. We're loving the blends made right here in the UK by Surrey-based company, The Lawn Collection.

How do you take your tea?

It’s straight up for me – no milk, but maybe with a slice of lemon if I’m feeling fancy.

Not very English, I know. But, well, I am Australian and even 20+ years living on English ground hasn’t altered my tea drinking habits.

However you take your tea, you’ll love the blends produced by The Lawn Collection, a family-run artisan tea company. As well as supplying small independent retails and catering outlets in Surrey and beyond, their collection is also available online.

They produce unique handmade tea blends and infusions in a range of flavours from the classic English Breakfast and Earl Grey to Chai tea. There’s also Jasmine Green Tea and Green and Peppermint, plus herbal and fruit infusions like Rose Fruit Tea, Rooibos and Rhubarb, Raspberry and Elderflower, Camomile, Lemon and Ginger and Peppermint.

All blends are available as loose leaf tea – which comes packaged in pretty (and reusable) Kilner jars – or in boxes of pyramid tea bags. And when you need a refill, there’s also the option of buying refill packs and reusing that pretty Kilner jar.

A range of gift sets and gift collections are also available, and at Christmas there’s a special Winter Berry Christmas Tea, with yuletide classics including cinnamon, cloves and orange peel.

And the name? I’m glad you asked.
It comes from the well-known British tradition of enjoying afternoon tea on the lawn.

Now, who’s for tea?
