Emily Watson is passionate about fitness and wellbeing – and empowering women to feel fabulous in the skin they are in. She aims to inspire women to love who they are and know their value.
Unsurprisingly, she has a loyal tribe of clients – or Whoopers as they’re known – who revel in her quirky and upbeat style. This is no traditional exercise class, people, this is a Whoop class. And all shapes, sizes and fitness levels are welcome.
Take it at your own pace, there are no wrong moves – just the occasional spontaneous solo! Expect to dance to an eclectic range of songs with easy-to-follow dance moves including bhangra, swing, afro-beats, street, K-pop and RnB. Emily will lead a warm-up, dance you through our cardio section, followed by a dance with optional hand weights and resistance bands to condition muscles. Finally, there’s the cool down, stretch and a focus on positivity.
Yes, you’ll burn calories, but most importantly you’ll also boost self esteem, raise endorphins and get healthier physically and mentally. It’s a win-win!
