Yoga and Brunch

Ready to slow down, breathe deep and take some time just for you? Then Yoga and Brunch is the thing for you - it's the perfect treat for a Sunday morning on your own, with friends or with family.

Indulge in mindful yoga movement and deep relaxation followed by a delicious vegetarian brunch – all set in beautiful Surrey surroundings.

Events are held each month – in a different Surrey venue – and each one has a different menu and theme so you can explore new flavours, discover new locations and meet new people.

The day starts with a mindful yoga flow to help you stretch and let go of the tensions of the week. After the yoga, you’ll sit down to a nourishing feast curated by local chefs.

Yoga and Brunch was started by Adriana Salazar a yoga teacher with a desire to bring people together in beautiful locations where they could enjoy the small pleasures of life – movement, great food and nature.

You’ll leave feeling renewed and balanced, ready for life.
