Thriller Live

Now in its 10th year, Thriller Live comes from London’s West End to Woking, Surrey. In celebration of Michael Jackson’s musical legacy Thriller brings a two-hour concert of MJ’s hits produced from 40 years of success. Get your moonwalk ready, because there will be no stopping you with songs like Billie Jean, Make Me Feel, Smooth Criminal and Beat it. OW!!

Summer Art Exhibition- A Feast For the Senses
■ Yvonne Arnaud theatre ■ Weds 4 July- Thurs 19 July

Becca Clegg, Dusk over the Tulip Field

A range of contemporary artwork will be exhibited at the New Victoria Theatre by local and global artists. Many of the artists’ work has been inspired by the rugged British coasts and moors, including contemporary expressionist landscapes from Janine Baldwin and Becca Clegg. Also displayed, will be works from Teresa Lawler, inspired by dramatic theatrical lighting and soulful photography from Cathy Pyle. Free admission.

Cravings & your relationship with food

Is food controlling you? Reclaim your control with two workshops that examines cravings, triggers, self-image, what we eat and why and limiting beliefs. The two Friday morning sessions will be followed by a 30-minute support call. The main aim of the workshop is to gain a positive outlook and recapture your control. Giovanni Pernice: Born to Win

Giovanni Pernice, joined by his leading lady Luba Mushtuk will be ramping up the heat in Camberley with their throbbing story of love and passion expressed in the Paso Doble, the Argentine Tango, the Rumba, the Viennese Waltz, and not forgetting the Jive, to name just a few.  Joining them on stage will be Dancing with the Stars Ireland’ professionals, Giulia Dotta, Kai Widdrington, Emily Barker, and Curtis Pritchard. Expect glitzy costumes with even more heat, even more energy, and even more drama than ever before.

Woodland Fairy Fair

Calling all pixies, gnomes and fairies for a weekend of magical adventures at the Woodland Fairy Fair. Make wands, build dens, paint fairy doors and plant flowers in the Garden of Sisters of night. It’s a knockout! Summer Fun Day

Based on the popular 1970’s television show, teams of 10 will compete against each other on a giant wet-and wild inflatable assault course. Enter a team or watch and cheer and take the opportunity to visit the local trade and food stalls. £1 donation upon entry, which will be given towards charity.

Music in the Park
■ Sunbury- On- Thames ■ Sun 8 July

Enjoy a free afternoon, lazing in the sun listening to the music of Jake Fryer and All That Jazz, who will be doing their thing from 2pm- 4pm on Sunday at Sunbury Walled Garden. Bring a chair for the ultimate chill out.

VC10 ZA150 open day at Dunsfold Aerodrome
■ Dunsfield Aerodrome ■ Sat 7 July

ZA150 was the last VC10 built at Brooklands in the 1960s and was the last to fly with the RAF from Brize Norton in Oxfordshire before retiring at Brooklands museum. On the day you will be able to go inside the aircraft, tour, chat to the VC1O volunteers and watch a taxi run.

Calling all walkers and their pooches for a 5k or 10k walk in aid of the Look Good Feel Better charityStarting in Denbies Wine estate and designed to include some of the most breath-taking scenery from the Surrey hills, it won’t just be the pooches who will be thanking you for this walk.
