Guildford: Red Hot Yoga & Pilates

With more than 80 different classes on offer, if you want to mix up your yoga workouts, Red Hot Yoga is the place to be, offering the widest range of heated, static and flow yoga and Pilates classes in the county. Red Hot Yoga & Pilates has three bespoke yoga studios and a treatment room, each fully equipped with the latest facilities to provide the most comfortable practise available anywhere in Surrey.

Oxted: EmPower Yoga

For yoga instructor Emily Davies, the practice is all about having fun and not taking it too seriously – but while also finding and testing your limits. As well as teaching regular adult classes, Emily also teaches kids and teenagers, and can tailor a class or kids’ party workshop around their own interests.

Farnham: Ebb & Flow Yoga

Billed as an experience – not just a studio – one look around Ebb&Flow and you see why. This is luxury with a capital L. There are a variety of classes on offer – from hot yoga to hip hop yoga, pilates, power pilates and barre. The studio caters to all levels, from beginners to pre-natal to experienced, and offers one-to-one lessons, as well as events, workshops and courses.


Cobham: Core

Core offers a range of Pilates classes from their studio on the High Street in Cobham. Their mission is to give clients a total body workout with a huge focus on core strength and building a strong pelvic floor. And they guarantee you’ll leave a CORE work out feeling longer, leaner, stronger and your body will feel better than it’s felt in years. At CORE, they’re passionate about Pilates and truly believe that Pilates is for everybody and every body can benefit.

Westcott: CoreFitPhysio

Specialising in physio-led Pilates, the team at CoreFitPhysio in Westcott offers physio, massage and machine-based Pilates, plus a range of specialist services. All clients are assessed by a physio before a treatment plan is agreed. CoreFitPhysio has two treatment rooms, as well as a small group studio equipped with the full range of large Pilates equipment including a Reformer, Cadillac, Spine corrector and Split-pedal chair. There’s also a dedicated Reformer studio kitted out with state-of-the art Reformers.

Farnham: The Pilates Suite

Run by former West End dancer Kirsten Harle, The Pilates Suite offers a range of Pilates studio classes, Springboard classes and BarreConcept. Kirsten teaches small groups of up to three or one-to-one Pilates sessions. She provides a holistic and tailored approach to mastering Pilates for improved wellbeing. You can choose to work privately or in small groups of up to three using modern state-of-the-art equipment – The Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Orbit. Each individual’s programme will be designed and run specifically for them.

Esher: Zoe Hodgson Pilates

As one of the first instructors to bring pilates to the UK, Zoe Hodgson eats, breathes and sleeps Pilates. She offers individual training, group training, corporate packages, 45min cardio workouts with her sister brand LUXe Bootcamp, rehabilitation workshops, social events, yoga- mindfulness classes and retreats. She offers classes for everyone at all fitness levels from beginner to advanced level. The spacious studio has panoramic views, surrounded by 80 acres of private parkland. It’s on a private gated estate, and parking is free and plentiful.

East Moseley: Purebody Pilates

As a trained dancer and amateur sportswoman, Adele at Purebody Pilates knows the importance of correct posture and good core strength – and how these can affect your everyday life both physically and psychologically. She’s also seen the benefits of pilates for those who suffer small injuries in their sports. Adele teaches Pilates, barre and Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow yoga classes.

Beacon Hill: Sara Rounce – Wellwoman Fitness Foundation

With a specialist knowledge in women’s health and fitness, Sara Rounce offers Pilates classes that cater to pregnancy, post-natal care, back care and breast cancer recovery. She also teaches regular Pilates fitness classes. As well as teaching from her home studio in Beacon Hill, she also holds classes in Haslemere and Elstead.


Sunbury-on-Thames: Dee Opp Yoga

Dee Opp offers SUP lessons, and SUP yoga lessons on the River Thames.  Yep, you read that right – yoga on a paddleboard. SUP yoga classes are traditional yoga taught on a floating board on the water. The boards are sturdy and wide – bigger than a traditional yoga mat – and by learning to adapt to the motion of the board on the water you’ll enhance your overall yoga experience. As well as SUP and SUP yoga, Dee specialises in breath work, guided meditation, slow flow, yoga for beginners and yoga for athletes. deeoppyoga



Oxshott & Cobham: Keep fit with Keeley

Keeley Howard has been in the fitness industry for 15 years – and there’s not much she doesn’t know about helping you achieve your fitness goals. She offers classes in Total Body Workout, Mature Movers, Body Conditioning and a Family Outdoor Fitness Class – both indoors and outdoors. Each class varies weekly, so you won’t get bored. As well as running her own fitness business, Keeley teaches classes in Spinning, Legs, bums and tums, Aqua Aerobics and Circuits in some of Surrey’s premier fitness clubs. She also offers one-to-one and two-to-one sessions.


Leatherhead: Leatherhead Leisure Centre

This leisure centre has something for everyone, whether it’s boxing, swimming, gym, court sports or soft play – but we particularly recommend the boxing classes. And with a creche for the kiddies, there’s no excuse not to go!


Haslemere: CYC:D

CYC:D is a boutique fitness studio in Haslemere offering a unique combination of workouts – cycle, barre, yoga, HIIT and pilates classes. They’ve kept things refreshingly simple at CYC:D. There are no contracts that tie you in, you just buy your credits, book your class and work out. Simples!

Cobham: RIDE!

Ride! is a boutique indoor cycling studio in Cobham which also specialises in TRX as well as circuits, boxing and yoga classes.  Ride! offers bespoke classes tailored to individual requirements and fitness abilities, with the perfect mix of cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility training for a 360° body blitz!



Cobham: The 225 Club

Named for its capped capacity at 225 members so that it never gets too busy, The 225 Club, located in the centre of Cobham, is equipped with a fully functioning fitness suite that includes cardio equipment, resistance training machines, and free weights. Also on offer are a wide variety of fitness classes from HIIT training to Yoga. But if you’re the type who needs a little extra attention, The 225 Club has a team of personal trainers who specialise across all areas of fitness.
