Purebody by Adele is bringing Barre, Pilates and Barre/Pilates Fusion classes to your home via Zoom from her studio in Thames Ditton. The timetable and booking information. Adele also offers Holistic Core Restore courses online as well as one-to-one six-week Everywoman courses.
