Work (out) from home

Missing your regular gym classes? Here's 11 of the best on-demand workouts you can stream into your living room from our local fitness heroes.

Missing your regular fitness class and can’t face another jog around the block? (Er, yes!) The good news is that the fitness industry has tapped into today’s on-demand, streaming service culture, and now you can work up a sweat from the comfort of your own living room.

If you’ve not exercised in front of a TV since panting along to a Jane Fonda VHS in the ’80s, rest assured things have come a long way. You can still wear your leg-warmers if you like though.

Tear your eyes away from Netflix and get moving with these streaming fitness classes from some of our favourite Surrey fitness heroes. No excuses now!
