<p>Dine like royalty with a carefully curated five-course menu featuring a delectable array of gourmet dishes and fine wines. Your culinary journey will begin with canapés &#8211; and it&#8217;s indulgence all the way. Foie gras on brioche with onion marmalade and sorrel, crab and crayfish cones with avocado puree and caviar and mushroom duxelles with truffle oil. </p>



<p>The taste bud tantalisation continues with a choice of dill cured Scottish smoked salmon or a golden beetroot carpaccio with goat&#8217;s cheese, raosted and pickled beetroot, watercress, fresh horseradish and popped wild rice.</p>



<p>Next, it&#8217;s a mojito sorbet to cleanse the palate before moving onto mains &#8211; a choice of pan-fried fillet of beef, cornish halibut or slow-roasted portobello mushroom. It&#8217;s chocolate torte for pudding, followed by petit fours. </p>



<p>There will be a welcome drink when you arrive, and as the clock strikes 12 you&#8217;ll have a glass of Champagne to see in the new year. Cheers!</p>
