<p>When a jealous Queen feels threatened by a beautiful princess…what could possibly go wrong?? With brilliantly choreographed dance routines, it’ll be hard to stay in your seat as Croydon’s own Kellie Shirley (<em>EastEnders, Casualty, Biff and Chip</em>) steals the show as the sassy and ferocious ‘Wicked Queen’ The cast really get to whistle while they work for this one.<br><strong>■</strong> Fri 13 Dec &#8211; Sun 5 Jan</p>

BAFTA Award winner Jane McDonald will be making an appearance as Maid Marion next to the comically funny Julian Clary. <p>We couldn’t have a Christmas Show Guide without an appearance from the Dickensian classic <em>A Christmas Carol</em>. The Old Vic is no stranger to the story, with an annual production becoming one of their most adored traditions. With their level of experience on the show, they have mastered the art of storytelling, which this year will be led by John Simm, starring as the icy-cold Ebenezer Scrooge.<br><strong>■</strong> Sat 9 Nov – Sat 4 Jan</p>

<p>Classically funny and a British staple, Horrible Histories returns to the stage, this time with a cabaret of historical characters joining together to save Christmas.
