Ingredients:

<li>50ml Silent Pool Gin</li>



<li>Premium Indian Tonic Water</li>



<li>Silent Pool Gin Christmas Spirit Aroma Garnish</li>
</ul>



Method:



Pour Silent Pool gin into a copa glass over ice and gently stir in tonic water.



Garnish with orange zest, star anise and two sprays of Silent Pool Gin Christmas Spirit Aroma Garnish. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

<li>60ml Silent Pool Gin</li>



<li>15ml Cocci Extra Dry Vermouth</li>



<li>5 drops Cardamom Bitters</li>
</ul>



Method:



Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled coupette glass, and finish with a garnish of orange zest.

Ingredients:

<li>20ml Mulled Wine Syrup</li>



<li>20ml freshly squeezed orange juice</li>



<li>10ml freshly squeezed lemon juice</li>



<li>20ml egg white or vegan alternative</li>
</ul>



Method:



Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake without ice. Open the shaker &#8211; you should have a nice foam &#8211; add ice and shake again briefly. Double strain into a chilled Nick &amp; Nora glass

Ingredients:

<li>200ml Apple Juice</li>



<li>1 star anise</li>



<li>Half a stick of cinnamon</li>



<li>Orange zest</li>



<li>Small piece of fresh ginger</li>



<li>Teaspoon of honey</li>



<li>SIlent Pool Gin Christmas Spirit Aroma Garnish</li>
</ul>



Method:



Warm the orange, cinnamon stick, star anise and ginger in a pan until the aroma rises. Turn off the heat, add the apple juice and honey.



Pour into a mug with the spices and add Silent Pool gin.



Garnish with star anise and two sprays of Silent Pool Gin Christmas Spirit Aroma Garnish.
