Pairing your wine with your food is yesterday&#8217;s news &#8211; these days we&#8217;re matching our drinks to the most bingeable shows on telly. This gorgeous fizz&nbsp;is made by the same traditional method that Champagne is. The tent is back with Paul and Pru on the hunt for the next best amateur baker, and all these sweet treats are tickling our taste buds for a good wine to pair with a baked goodie. Why not try the Gnarly Head Old Vines Zinfandel &#8211; not just for it&#8217;s fabulous name, but also it&#8217;s fabulous flavour. Grown on some of the oldest vines in California, this wine is intense, full flavoured and smooth with a spicy finish. It is bursting with rich, jammy blackberries plus some mocha and vanilla notes, and goes exceptionally well with dark chocolate.&nbsp;Well, why wouldn&#8217;t you?

This beautiful Lugana is grown in a vineyard just south of Italy&#8217;s Lake Garda, and pairs wonderfully with lake and sea fish dishes. On the nose you&#8217;ll find intense notes of white flowers and light almond, while the palate is delicate, fresh and balanced with a light almond flavour. TV on, wine poured, let&#8217;s watch!
