Sitting in a gorgeous spot overlooking the Green, itself a conservation area, the cottage is in the heart of this popular Surrey village. Conveniently within the M25 and under 20 miles to central London, Woldingham is home to various local sports clubs including tennis and cricket. There&#8217;s also acute village shop with Post Office. Fancy a birdie? There are two golf clubs nearby – North Downs and Woldingham – along with many rambling walks crisscrossing the North Downs. 



The choice of <a href="https://surrey.muddystilettos.co.uk/surrey/school-reviews/">schools</a> in the area is superb and includes Woodlea Junior School in the heart of the village and Woldingham School for Girls. It&#8217;s also well placed for Oxted School, Hazlewood Prep, Caterham School, Lingfield College, Sevenoaks School and the Croydon schools – Whitgift, Croydon High and Trinity. Oxted town centre is about three miles away with its shops, cafés, restaurants, Everyman cinema and leisure centre. 



Commuting? That&#8217;s easy too &#8211; Woldingham Station is about one mile from the house and has swift services in to London Victoria (34 mins) and London Bridge (32 min). Junction 6 of the M25 is also just four miles away giving easy access to the international airports of Gatwick and Heathrow.
