To fuel your downtime, the spa restaurant, Themis, serves a relaxed brunch and tasty bites throughout the day where you can dine whilst robe and slippered-clad, before then returning to the pamper zone for more R&R. There’s more relaxed dining at the farm-to-fork Hillfield restaurant, which boasts modern British dishes whipped up with locally sourced produce. But if it’s a polished sit-down fine dining experience, Latymer is the flavour of refinement. Sitting in the oldest part of the hotel, it’s all decked in period grandeur – from wooden panelling to beamed ceilings, plus sprinklings of modern decor.

As for the food, Latymer proudly boasts a Michelin star and is one of just a handful of restaurants in the UK to hold 5 AA Rosettes.
