It’s sometimes difficult to know what you want to do with your life when you’re in your teens and early twenties – much less how to achieve it.

That’s where Sarah Dean at Student Springboard comes in. She’s like a fairy godmother when it comes to sorting out students, helping them identify and get on their chosen path for life.

Having spent more than 25 years managing the graduate recruitment departments for several big blue chip companies, Sarah has the insider knowledge plus a genuine passion for helping teens and young adults make the right choices when it comes to their education and future careers.

Student Springboard offers a full range of services, from advice on choosing the right A level subjects to enhance your future career success to advice on universities – choosing the right degree course and helping you to get in – plus considering alternatives to university such as Higher & Degree Apprenticeships.

Sarah offers early careers and further education coaching and advice, as well as skills development for A level, university and post-graduate students. And she can also help prepare job applications, UCAS Personal Statements and CVs, as well help with as interview and assessment preparation and coaching.

She works with students from Year 11 onwards, including Sixth Formers, school leavers, university students and recent graduates, as well as parents who are keen to help their children make informed choices to optimise their prospects in further education and future careers.

Sessions typically last for 60-90 minutes and most clients require between 2-3 sessions to achieve their objectives. Each consultation is individually tailored for each client, taking into account goals and aspirations. Sessions can be either in person at Sarah’s office in Cobham, or via video call.
