<p>Said to be the best pizza this side of Naples, this pizza bar on Epsom’s high street offers up fresh, authentic food. Pizza is the main event – made using the freshest ingredients sourced locally in Surrey and Italy – but the menu also includes lasagne, antipasto and salads. Apparently, the secret to amazing pizzas is the dough – and it’s made with the best flour, coarse sea salt, filtered water, and Italian extra virgin olive.</p>

<p>A proud fixture on the Virginia Water foodie scene this stylish restaurant on London Road boasts an open kitchen, cocktail bar and an all-weather terrace to enjoy your top-end pizza. Using traditional methods and the same techniques as in Naples their pizza starts with own recipe biga dough pioneered by their master baker and his bakery team. Gourmet favourites include options with truffle and blue goats cheese &amp; hot honey. </p>

<p>Established in 1995, this charming independent, family-run, Italian restaurant  has a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere. Their popular pizzas use San Marzano tomatoes and 100% Italian mozzarella.  Menu includes all the usual crowd pleasers with the option to add toppings of your choice. </p>

<p>Monte Forte began life as a food truck at Redhill Market and expanded to a successful restaurant in Reigate. Another is coming soon to Farnham in Brightwell&#8217;s Yard. Unusual toppings on their mouth-watering wood-fired pizza included poached pear, gorgonzola&nbsp;and roasted pine nuts. They also offer pasta dishes, antipasti boards (meat or veggie), dough sticks, stuffed mushrooms and more.</p>

And with favourites like dough balls (extra garlic butter for me, please!), the American hot and the sloppy Giuseppe, plus a cracking cocktail list everyone’s smiling. But you can also catch them year round at private events where they serve their famous homemade sourdough base pizza with tomato sauce and British ingredients, using all local suppliers.
