<p>We are both vegetarian and highly recommend Cantina 41 in Church Street Weybridge. Not an overwhelming selection but the food is sensational, particularly the veggie sharing starter for 2!</p>
<p>Also recommend Lebanese Please in Baker Street Weybridge.</p>


<p>Avocado &amp; Lemon in Twickenham is brilliant for veggie eats as is Soul, the cafe over towards Twickenham Green.</p>


<p>This is great &#8211; I am visiting Kingston with my Mum in the next fortnight, this gives us some ideas of where to go outside of our usual places, thank you!</p>

<p>It’s vegetarian and vegan all the way at V Café, tucked inside the Guildford Institute in the heart of town. The menu changes daily, using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, with offerings ranging from fresh soups and vegetable frittata to filo parcels, plus a delicious line-up of cakes and pastries.</p>

<p>You might think it’s all about the juices at this Cobham spot, but the breakfast and lunch menus are packed with excellent vegan and vegetarian options. Expect everything from black bean burgers, kale and garlic hummus and miso cauliflower, alongside soups, salads, and nourishing health bowls &#8211; plus plenty of juices, from Vital Greens to Divine Roots.</p>

<p>Based in the Ashley Centre in Epsom, Organico is a vegetarian and vegan coffee shop known for its wholesome breakfast and lunch offerings. Top of our list are the açaí bowls, chia porridge, omelettes and flatbreads &#8211; and, of course, the all-important coffee.</p>

<p>Nestled in the converted arches beneath Richmond Bridge, this riverside café offers stunning water views alongside a wide range of sweet and savoury vegetarian dishes. Organic wine, beer and cider is also on the menu.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-cappadocia-epsom"><a href="https://www.cappadociaepsom.co.uk/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Cappadocia</a>, Epsom</h2>



<p>While not entirely vegetarian, this authentic Turkish restaurant in the heart of Epsom has plenty to keep non meat-eaters very happy. The mezze menu is stacked with wonderful vegetarian and vegan favourites, from tabbouleh and roasted red peppers to grilled aubergine pâté and falafel, with cocktails and evening entertainment rounding out the experience.</p>

<p>Overlooking the serene Silent Pool at Albury, near Shere, this spot serves authentic Indian street food. While the menu isn’t entirely vegetarian, there’s plenty of plant-based choice &#8211; think winter dal soup, vegetable thali, pav bhaji  and vegetable samosas. You can also take away a taste of India. Tables on the terrace accommodate up to six people.</p>

<p>Pho is Vietnam’s national dish: a fragrant rice noodle bowl brimming with fresh herbs. At <strong>Pho</strong>, it’s available with tofu, mushrooms, or both (alongside fish options), while the rest of the menu offers plenty of plant-based choices, including hot and spicy soups, the super green and spicy green “house special” broths, plus veggie stir-fries and Vietnamese salads. </p>

<p>Not fully vegetarian, but with an extensive veggie offering &#8211; this café on Horsell Common serves up breakfast, lunch, light bites and cakes all day, as well as hot drinks, soft drinks, artisan beer and wine. On the menu you&#8217;ll find goodies like vegan sausage rolls, a full vegan breakfast, falafel and hummus wrap and goat&#8217;s cheese salad. There&#8217;s also a kids&#8217; menu, and they&#8217;re dog friendly too. </p>

<p>Serving good vibes, great coffee and fabulous brunches, this cool buzzy café on Banstead High Street isn’t strictly vegetarian but the menu offers plenty of options for the vegan and vegetarians. Think falafel wraps and halloumi as well as smashed avocado, pastries and quiches.</p>

<p>Influenced by South African hospitality and design, this buzzy mini café chain has two outposts in Surrey, both of which offer a separate vegan menu to please your plant based needs. For breakfast get your fix with a smashed avo or a Brazilian açaí bowl&nbsp;and for lunch choose from superfood salads, falafel wraps and meatless patty burgers with all the trimmings.</p>

<p>This lovely country pub offers up great home cooked food. And while the menu offers meat and fish dishes, for vegetarians and vegans the likes of hot honeyed halloumi, wild mushroom pinsa, battered banana blossom and wild mushroom and spinach pappardelle should tickle your tastebuds. There&#8217;s also outdoor dining with a playground attached, so a great option for families.</p>
