<p>Olivo on the corner of Quarry Street has been delighting customers for 27 years, offering an authentic culinary experience. <p>Just next door it’s sister the Asian-inspired off-shoot which opened in March&nbsp;22. Four words: decadence, extravagance, theatrics and beauty.&nbsp;The food here takes its inspiration from a number of Asian cuisines, from Japanese sushi and Thai salad to Chinese aromatic duck and Korean BBQ.</p>

<p>Head chef David Fodor serves up a the cleverly curated signature grill menu which he&#8217;s designed around seasonal and local ingredients. It&#8217;s not extensive, but it&#8217;s beautifully presented as a choice of two or three courses. Think seared salmon with lobster bisque, venison carpaccio and wild mushroom and winter truffle arancini. </p>
