<p>This pretty 16th century inn located in the Surrey Hills near Godalming has boutique bedrooms and menus that focus squarely on local and seasonal produce. A true destination pub it’s interiors are true to the heritage of the building with original features like exposed timber beams centre stage. <p>More cool private members club than a pub, this deserves a mention as it’s such a stylish all-day venue where (whisper it)&#8230; you can stay the night. The large space houses a bright bar, café and a lounge, plus a&nbsp;restaurant that opens onto an outdoor terrace overlooking the garden. The Grade II-listed building is rich in architectural heritage which has inspired the design. It&#8217;s a gorgeous mix of traditional and contemporary styling, blending interiors that nod to the history of the building while also introducing modern touches. If you fancy a sleepover head to one of the 13 equally stylish bedrooms.</p>
